About 2 weeks ago while taking my newly potty trained 2 year old to Swig with me to pick up my drink, he said he needed to potty. In a frantic panic I ran into swig and lo and behold, no bathroom. I immediately started scanning the parking lot and saw Just Love Coffee Cafe across the way and decided I’d run in and grab a coffee and a snack so we could use restroom! When I got to the door, much to the terror of any potty training parent, they were also closed. I immediately started running back to my car to try to quickly come up with a plan C, but to my surprise I heard someone call to me and ask if I was looking to get a coffee. A gentleman had come out of the coffee shop to see what we were needing and I explained I had planned to order and then use the restroom, but hadn’t realized they were closed. He invited us to come inside! Mind you, the cafe had been closed now for about half an hour. He asked what I’d like and I told him I’d run my son into the restroom and come back and order! As soon as we were done and we went back to the counter to order, I realized I probably shouldn’t order a drink so he didn’t have to spend more time with us after they were closed as he was probably trying to go home. So I went with a cookie! When I went to pay, he told us that it was on him, and also handed me a small box to go. Inside the to go box was peanut butter, apples, and cheese for my son. He told us to enjoy the rest of my afternoon and opened the door for us. I couldn’t believe it, this man let us in when they were closed, let us use the restroom, packed my son a to go snack, and gave us the cookie on the house. I got back to my car and quite literally cried because I thought that was one of the the kindest thing anyone’s ever done. Preface, I am also pregnant and can cry at any given moment lol. But how incredibly kind to see/hear us try to open the door, see us walk away, and go out of your way after you’re closed to open the door and let us come in, even though I’m sure that gentleman would have liked to be done with his closing work and go home already. And then to go out of his way to make my baby a snack while we were in the bathroom. My son ate the entire snack, and I ate the cookie on the drive home and let me just say, it was the best chocolate chip cookie I’ve ever had. The service and kindness of this gentlemen is the reason we’ve come back twice for coffee, and I’ve raved about them to every person who will listen. Couldn’t recommend more! Just wish I would have caught the man’s name so I could call out his kindness directly!

Just Love Coffee in Alcoa is a place I will be visiting over and over again! So glad a little coffee shop opened so close! Visited on "opening week" - Saturday around noon. Was not disappointed! I got the pumpkin something.. sorry I forget. It's pictured. It was fantastic! I had mine with oat milk. My partner got the Cha Cha with whole milk and absolutely loved it. He got the classic Womelet and thought the same thing I did. I got the Spinach and Feta Womelet. I feel like it would be 5/5 if it had some hot sauce or something with it to give it a bit more character. It comes with salasa and sour cream and that helps! But it was kind of like if I had made it at home, I would have tried it and thought, Oh I need to add more _____ next time I make it. The service was great. Everyone was so sweet and caring! The owner(I assume that's who it was) was there and helping his staff. They also have coffee you can purchase for a cause! I love this idea. I'm super excited to try some and buy a bag!

This is my new favorite coffee shop! Professional service with a smile and they have Breakfast options brunch options and lunch options! I am very excited about the fact that they sell Ethiopian coffee!

We went for the Santa experience today and it was well worth the time and money we would have spent the same amount of money seeing Santa at the mall and would’ve only received one photo. At Just love coffee cafe, each child got a cookie and hot cocoa and were able to color and take as many photos as they wanted with Santa. He even carried on conversation with them as individuals and made the magic come alive. Our children are ages 3-12 and all enjoyed their time. Thank you!

I am so excited this place has finally opened! For my first visit, I got the iced pumpkin matcha with oat milk and the stuffed nutella waffles. Both are delicious! My mom got the grilled cheese on sourdough and the iced pumpkin spice latte. She says both are good, and I can tell you the garlic butter on the bread smells amazing. The service was fast and friendly as well. I will definitely be back to try more things on the menu.

Such a neat place. The presentation of the omelet was great and it was nice to be able to order gluten- and dairy- free. The cup of coffee was huge. The temperature of the coffee was barely warm but the staff was glad to heat it for us. The flavor of the coffee was very good. The staff is accommodating and friendly.
